At Colorco we specialize in the custom formulation and manufacture of color masterbatch/concentrate and dry color, within which we can include your requirements for processing aids, fillers, stabilizers, and other additives. We formulate for all thermoplastic resins, including grades of specialty engineered resins and compounds. Our sister company, Colorflo, produces liquid color and PVC dispersions/dryblends.

PROCESSING CAPABILITIES

We specify optimum combinations of mixing technologies each and every time we process a particular product in order to ensure consistency and uniformity between lots.

Dry mixing: Colorco has a variety of high and low-intensity mixers to complement a multitude of material mixing characteristics.

Compounding: Colorco utilizes both single and twin screw extruders in order to maximize a product's dispersive OR distributive attributes, and overcome any compounding challenges.
