Custom Color Matching

Colorco and Colorflo have a team of color matchers on hand with a broad offering of technical expertise. We use a combination of computer selected formulations as well as a vast library of cataloged formulations from which to start designing a product to meet your needs in the quickest possible turn around time. Economics are factored in from the get go, avoiding costly overformulation without sacrificing quality.

At Colorco and Colorflo, we look to gather as much information as possible about your process and applications in order to make a great color match the first time. Our lab utilizes Boy injection molding machines, each set up with a special mold to best replicate the thickness of a customer's part. We can also extrude ribbon and blown film to specified levels of thickness. We realize how important it is for you to receive a match on time and within your required specifications. That is why each new match undergoes multiple reviews to ensure that all requirements are met before being sent to our customer.
